| Notes: | Plantation was originally designed by Willard C.
Byrd and officially opened in 1981. The renovation took place in late spring
and summer of 2004 with the course reopening on October 18, 2004.
The renovation work included extensive clearing to reduce shad e problems, erosion control, earthwork, all new tee complexes with the addition of a fifth tee, redesign and construction of all existing sand bunkers plus addition of several new bunkers, new concrete cart paths, new retaining walls, storm drainage improvements and a new irrigation system. The tee work included increasing the back tee yardage from 6693 to 6837 yards. |
